The sun and the moon are seen as mystical and powerful in many cultures across the world. In keeping with the western culture within which I exist, I was drawn to the mysterious ways that Native American cultures view these two celestial bodies. The art of Native Americans is fascinating - it is meaningful, concise and simplistic. This is the feel I hope to achieve with the fawns.
